Rocke & Roses are proud to offer the finest freshest flowers in Kirkby Stephen. The shop also stocks a delightful array of vintage items including clothing, bric-a-brac and kitchen goods.

Pop in when you are passing you will likely find Daisy busy working, alongside Diva her border collie, creating stunning bouquets for birthdays, arrangements for anniversaries, new baby flowers and everything in between.

There’s 2 hours free parking right outside the shop equals plenty of time to browse and make your fresh flower choices.

About the Florist

With formal floristry qualifications including Level II City and Guilds that was attained at East College Durham. Daisy was voted Student florist of the year by the The British Florist Association, of which she is also a proud member.

She’s a huge advocate of eco floristry, but truly believes the customers choice is just that - their choice. Daisy works within all reasonable budgets but can always turn her hand and skill set to those high end ‘page turner’ floral gifts for super special celebrations.

Floristry was not Daisy’s first venture into the world of work, working initially for the civil service and was also a primary school teacher. That's not to say she is new to floristry, leading up the new branch in her floral life, working as a freelance florist on corporate events and Weddings for other uk florists.

But her enjoyment of teaching professional floristry techniques are important to her and popular in the one day workshops held in her cellar at the shop.

Especially popular are the workshops in November and December teaching how to create beautiful table pieces.
